How To Purchase Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 Without Creative Cloud Subscription
Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 was released in 2012 and has since been made unavailable by Adobe due to introducing the Creative Cloud Subscription where you must pay a monthly fee to use Adobe Premiere Pro. Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 was available for a fixed price, which allowed customers to pay a one-time price and use the software for as long as they liked. In an effort to move everyone over to the Creative Cloud service, Adobe removed the sales of any CS6 software, including Adobe Premiere Pro from its website. So is there a way to still obtain Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 copies?
Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 can still be downloaded from Adobe's website but you will need an active license key. Once your license key has been registered to your account, you can get a download link directly from Adobe to begin installing the application (so you don't have to visit any dodgy sites to download it). The alternative is to use Adobe's Creative Cloud platform where you will have to pay up to £20/month for a single app or around ($230.00 USD a year).

How do you get an Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 License Key?
There are only a couple of ways you can purchase a CS6 license key without having to sign up for Adobe's Creative Cloud.
The first is look for a copy on Ebay. Ebay allows you to sell used software and you can find copies of Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 on there too. Of course, buying from Ebay you're never too sure what you're going to get. You'll need to do your research from anyone you buy to make sure they are a legit buyer- it's probably best to buy a physical copy with the retail box in tact. Always check the Ebay seller rating to make sure they are legit and have plenty of positive reviews. Never purchase anything that is too good to be true- you're likely buying pirated software disguised as legitimate software.
Once you obtain a license key, you can login to your Adobe account and add the serial to your account as a registered software (and also verify that it is legitimate). I purchased an Adobe Photoshop CS6 license from Ebay years ago and only recently did Adobe find something wrong it. Luckily, I had saved a chat conversation with their support staff who said the serial was perfectly fine and good to use. So they reissued me another serial code to use and I've been using CS6 just fine.

Occaisionally you can also find copies on Amazon for sale. In the same way as people list software on Ebay, you have to be careful you're buying a legitimate copy. After a quick search I'm unable to see any copies for sale on Amazon, but I have seen them in the past. The longer that time goes on, copies of CS6 will become more and more rarer.
Versions of Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 will cost around $600.00 USD still and you have to remember the software is very old now compared to today's standards. Adobe released Premiere Pro in 2012 and since then we've gone through a huge boom of editing 4K footage, optimisation and many other improvements to hardware which older software may not be ready for. If you're a professional, using the Creative Cloud version will give you the most up-to-date version of the software and probably benefit you the most rather than relying on software that was created half a decade ago.
